# Contemporary Front Yard Remodel in Tustin, CA A plain front lawn turned into a private, low maintenance courtyard with a new paver driveway. ## A private courtyard where the lawn used to be. The homeowners wanted more from their Tustin front yard: a private, low maintenance space where the kids could play safely, and a bigger, better looking driveway in place of the old concrete one and the grass lawn. HQ designed the new front yard in 3D and built it in about six weeks. A white vinyl fence now encloses a courtyard with artificial turf, a Trex deck and an aluminum patio cover. Angelus Courtyard pavers in Pewter Gray Charcoal cover the driveway and walkways, new plants and rock fill the beds, and low voltage lights line the pavers and deck for the evening. - Location: Tustin - Timeline: About 6 weeks - Budget: $60,000 to $80,000 - Pavers: 1,200 sq ft - Artificial turf: 1,200 sq ft - Trex deck: 285 sq ft - Patio cover: 162 sq ft - 3D design - Angelus Courtyard pavers, Pewter Gray Charcoal - Artificial turf - Trex deck - Aluminum patio cover - White vinyl fence and gates - New landscaping - Low voltage lighting ## From the starting point to the finished space.
